Organisation and management
The overall management of Ihe charity is the responsibility of the trustees who
are elected and co-opted under the tems of the trust deed.
Day to Day project activty of the charity is managed and carried out by the
volunteers.
Aims and Objectives
The advancement of Christian faith
Employing diverse ways of teaching and educating members on the knowledge
of God
To give Christian care and welfare to all members of the communty as
necessary
Working with other charities. organisations and churches in the organisation and
support of events with similar Christian objectives
The prlnclpal objects of the charity include:

The relief of sickness. financial hardship and preserve good health by the
provision of funds, goods or serVI￿S of any kind, including through the provision
of counselling and support
The advancemenl of education in such ways in the United Kingdom as the
trustees from time to time may think it fft.

The charity has a very dedicated volunteerslwotkers team.
We're committed to training and development of these volunteers to enhance

Governing Document
Apostolic Evangelical Ministy is a registered charty, govemed by a trust deed.
Review of financlal position
The Charity financial statement has been prepared in accordan￿ with the requirements
of the Statement of Recommended Practice {SORP). 2005.
For the financial year ended 31st December 2022, totsl income reSoUr￿S amounted to
£12,952 and includes the total of tithes and offering. and donats'ons from members. This
VRS mainly spent in the fuFfilment of the charty's day to day activities and totsl
expenditure amounted to £9,678. Surplus of income over expenditure for the year
ended 31st December 2022 amounted to a deficit of £3.274 and a cash balance of
£4,363.
Statement of Trusteos, ￿ponsIbIlitieS
In accordance with Charity law, the Trustees are responsible to prepare financial
Statements for each financial year. And the Trustees must not approve the financial
statements unless they are satisfied that they give a true and fair view of the state of
affairs of the Charity and of its incoming resour￿ and application of reSoUr￿s,
including its income and expenditure. for that period. In preparing these financial
statements. the Trustees are required to:
select suitable accounting policies and then apply them consistenlty"
observe the methods and principles of the Charities. SORP 2005.

state whether applicable UK Accounting Stsndards (FRS 102) have been
followed, subjed to any material departures disclosed and explained in the
financial statements;
prepare the financial statements on the going COn￿M basis unless it is
inappropriate to presume that ￿ Charity will continue in business.
Furthemiore, the Trustees are responsible for keeping adequate accounb'ng records that
are sufficient for disclosure with reasonable accuracy at any time the financial position of
the Charity hen￿ they are expected to take reasonable steps in ensuring safeguarding
of the Charity's assets and the prevention and detection of fraud and other irregularities.

Indepondent Examiner Report
The Accountant reports the financial statements for the year ended 31st December
2022 as set out in the pages below. This report is made solely lo the Charity's
Trustees, as a body.
Responsibilities of trustees and examin•r
The charitls trustees seek exemption from an audit for this financial statement (under
section43 (2) of the Charity Commission (under section 43(7) (b) of the Act). and to
slate whether particular matters have come to our attention.
Basis of Independent examIne￿S report
The Accountant examined the Charity's financial activities in accordance with SORP'S
2005. This includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a
comparison of the accounts pr&8ented with those records. Disclosure and explanations
were also requested wilh regards to any unusual rterns.
Independent examineVs statsment
The Accountant has prepared. without carying an audit. the Charity's Income &
Expenditure Account and Balance Sheet from the iecords and infomiation
supplied in accordance with the instructions given to us by the Pastor. The
account agrees wtth the underlying records and information therewith.
