We have a constitution in place that we use to run the charity. It is Type of governing document reviewed yearly. Last review was on the 22 March 2024. It will be reviewed (eg. trust deed, constitution) again in March 2025. Section C Objectives and activities
Summary of the objects of the charity set out in its governing document
Victory church is a multicultural church and is committed to enabling many people to worship at our place of worship and to become part of our church. We aim to ensure that worship, prayer, learning about God through Bible Study and church service remains the integral part of the church. To facilitate this work it is important that we maintain the central gospel of loving God and everyone.

We hold prayer meetings, prayer summit, prayer day, prayer retreat, Sunday church services, church conferences, ladies meetings, praise and worship time, men conferences and regular Bible study.
We have welcomed few families that have moved to Chichester. The church has been welcoming, promoting and building a multi-cultural church.

We review our safeguarding polices on a annual basis and all contributions by our members are made directly to the bank account to avoid holding cash.
Volunteers run our church and also conferences.
