The Village Halls are for the Inhabitants
of the Parish of Selston for use for the
purposes of physical exercise, tralnlng.
meetings, lectures, classes & such othor
fomis of recreation having the object of
improving the conditions of lifv forthe
said inhabitants
An open day was held in March 2024 to
promote the centres and their hlrers.
Volunteers contlnue to help to maintaln
the sporting faclllues. Various groups
hire the Halls on a woekly basis for
varying activits.es including yoga,
dancing, arl keep fi( carpet bowls, craft,
tae kwon do, ladies sectlon, Ralnbows,
Beavers. and community groups. SPEG,
Busy Beo Quilters, Nimble Fingers. The
Recmation ground and Pavilion is home
to Selston Football Club who have 15
teams age range from S to 50, Selslon
Cricket Club have 5 teams of varying
ages and Salston Bowls team. The offlce
at Selston Parfsh Hall is a contact point

port to residents.

Hall.

accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011
("the Act ).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have followed all the applicable Directions glven by the Charity Commission
under section 14515)Ib) of the Act.
