include social membership opportunities,

seeks grant funding to support its post-
lockdown sustainability, as well as to
faCil￿ale member participation in full-conta¢l

The Trustees confirm that th8y have had due
regard to the Charity Commission's
guidan￿ on publi¢ benefit in the discharge
of their duties. In the period following th8
COVID-19 pandemic, the organisation has
maintained its f¢xus on delivering a safe,
inclusive, and structured environment in
which members may engage in full-conlact
sports. The Trustees remain steadfast in
their commitment to restoring and enhancing
the club's pre-pandernic levels of community
participation and operational conlinuily, with
particular emphasis on ensuring ongoing
accessibility and benefit lo individuals of all
ages, especially yOLJng people, through the
promotion of healthy, recrealional activity
ned with the charit

We are actively working to foster positive
relationships be￿een local fitness cenlres
and the police, with the aim of promoting a
cohesive and safe community environment.
Our programmes are designed lo instil
confidence, self-conlrol. and discipline in
participants, equipping them to navigate
challenging situations they may face in
everyday life. W6 also striv8 to encourage
female participation in what is traditionally a
male-dominated sport by offéring women-
only classes and ¢ultivaling a welcoming
atmosphere within our adult sessions, where
individuals Can progress confidently and
safely al their own pace.

As the charilYs Iwstees, you are responsible for the preparation of the
accounts in accordan￿ with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011
("the Act").
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's a¢counts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in ¢arying out my examination, I
have followed all the applicable Diredions given by the Charity Commission
