THE TRUSTEES MAY ALSO PROVIDE GRANTS TO AND PROVIDE OR PAY FOR ITEMS, SERVICES OR FACILITIES FOR CHARITIES AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS IN THE PARISH AND ALSO THE LOCAL AUTHORITY AREAS OF STRATFORD UPON AVON DISTRICT COUNCIL AND WARWICK DISTRICT COUNCIL.IN EXCEPTIONAL CASES THE TRUSTEES MAY GRANT RELIEF TO PERSONS OTHERWISE ELIGIBLE THEREFORE WHO ARE RESIDENT IMMEDIATELY OUTSIDE THE PARISH WHO, IN THE SOLE OPINION OF THE TRUSTEES, OUGHT NEVERTHELESS FOR SUFFICIENT REASON TO BE TREATED AS IF RESIDENT WITHIN THE PARISH OR SAID LOCAL AUTHORITY AREAS OR WHO ARE LOCATED THEREIN FOR THE TIME BEING. FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, PRIORITY WILL BE GIVEN TO THOSE WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE PARISH AND ONLY ONCE THESE NEEDS HAVE BEEN SATISFIED, IN THE SOLE OPINION OF THE TRUSTEES, WILL CONSIDERATION BE EXTENDED TO THE LOCAL AUTHORITY AREAS OF STRATFORD ON AVON DISTRICT COUNCIL AND WARWICK DISTRICT COUNCIL.THE PROVISION OF ALMSHOUSES FOR PERSONS WHO, IN THE SOLE OPINION OF THE TRUSTEES, ARE POOR AND IN NEED OF LIVING IN THE PARISH.
