The charity is administered by a Management committee comprising:

Elected members of the committee retire annually but may be re-elected. The objective of the charity is to maintain Leckhampton inhabitants of Village Hall for the benefit of the Leckhampton and its surrounds. The Management committee aims to provide first class hall facilities at an affordable cost to voluntary organisations serving the community and to support other local groups

The charity employs a part-time caretaker who also acts as a booking secretary. Assistance with maintenance is given by the custodian and Management committee members.

During the year the Hall was used by a number of local groups plus occasional users. The hall still maintains a good level of occupancy during weekdays and weekends.

ln 2022 the Hall had an excess of receipts over payments of £12,431. 2021 this was £3,583. Cash reserves have been moved over to the Gold account. Dec 2022 £15,000 moved over.

The Hall charity is a member of the Gloucestershire Rural community council and receives advice, news and views from around the country. Trustees are also entitled to attend seminars organised by the council on Village Hall related topics.

A new treasurer has been in post since July 2022 and introduced online banking with CAF Bank to ensure cheque charges are reduced to zero. Monies have been moved to the reserve CAF Gold account to benefit from higher interest rates.
