SBMS Foundation is established to advance medical education, particularly by supporting the training and professional development of Syrian doctors in the UK and overseas.
Achievements and performance
During this financial year, the charity did not hold a bank account and did not undertake any financial transactions. Trustees continued to explore opportunities for charitable activity and partnerships to enable future delivery.
Financial review
The charity had no income or expenditure during the year. No assets or liabilities were held at year-end. The trustees confirm the charity remains solvent and compliant with its legal obligations.

SBMS Foundation is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO), registered with the Charity Commission for England and Wales. The trustees are responsible for overseeing compliance and governance.
