**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, THE PROMOTION OF SOCIAL INCLUSION AMONG ADULTS WITH LEARNING DIFFICULTIES IN NOTTINGHAMSHIRE AND DERBYSHIRE WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED FROM SOCIETY, OR PARTS OF SOCIETY, AS A RESULT OF HAVING A LEARNING DIFFICULTY BY:(A) THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES PROVIDED IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE, DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE;(B) PROVIDING SUPPORT AND ACTIVITIES WHICH DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES.
