English, and the Sciences with target group of
ages 7-18yrs i.e., curriculum tutoring support in
basic skills for key stages 1-5.
Impact-Now source and provides
apprenticeship and work experience to
youth at risk of NEET (Not in education,
employment, or training) ages 16-24 years
and youths with learning disabilities up to 35
years.
Impact-Now also supports youth at Risk of
NEET by providing 1:1 direct work through
targeted intervention and support, as well as
groupwork for youths affected by range of
social, emotional, transitional and
challenging issues. This includes domestic
violence, mental health, self-confidence,
substance misuse, self–esteem, anger
management, depression, anxiety, self-
harm, difficult and challenging behaviour
that have impacted on their education and
development.
In addition, Impact-now also offers sessions
in natural handmade cosmetic (skincare
products, and handmade soap), jewellery
making, keyboard as well as cake and
dessert making.
More advance and specialized courses are
also provided for those who are 19yrs+.
These sessions include adult jewellery
making, baking, and handmade soap making
as well as cooking sessions.
There is also provision for supporting the
independence of older or disabled people.
Supporting the families of children enrolled
in our programmes to enable them to
overcome financial, social and health
barriers that can impact their children.

## **Achievements:**
Summary of the main Para 1.20 achievements of the charity, identifying the difference the charity’s work has made to the circumstances of its beneficiaries and any wider benefits to society as a whole.
- **TUTORING (Sciences, Mathematics and English)- Virtual sessions**
We continue to provide tutoring support 3 Saturdays in a month to children in the community covering Mathematics and English literacy as well as Science for those in KS3 upward.
We operate both face-face and virtual sessions
## • **Holiday Well-being programme.**
We were able to runs sessions for children on free school meal every holiday. These sessions are designed to help young people stay occupied, engaged, and continue to interact with others in the community during the school holiday.
The Activities include scavenger hunts, Lego games, Arts, crafts, sewing, jewellery making, Quizzes.
## • **Winter wonderland**
This is a Christmas event for families started in December 2023. A fun filled packed well-being event for the whole family. Activities provided include the Santa`s workshop where children are able to make their own Christmas decorations and gifts for their loved ones. We intend this to be a yearly event.
• **Community support programme.** The Community Support Programme, which was established during the COVID-19 lockdown period, continues to provide vital assistance to families in need. IMPACT-NOW supports households with food items purchased from partner supermarkets including Co-op, Waitrose and Asda. The charity now operates both a food bank and a food larder, alongside additional services such as mental health check-in calls, direct work with adults, befriending support, and a Household Essential Support Service.
During the year, the charity supported 3,763
|households with food bags, reaching a total of|

|9,770 individuals comprising adults and children.|
|In addition, through the Household Essential|
|Support Service, 2,529 households received|
|household essential items. These households|
|included families with registered disabled|
|members, pensioners and children. Items|
|provided included blankets, winter packs, coats,|

|The charity also provided 72 Christmas dinners|
|to families in need and distributed Christmas|
|presents to 110 children within the community.|
|During the year, the charity purchased a van to|
|support its community operations. The van has|
|strengthened the delivery of the Community|
|Support Programme by enabling the|
|transportation of food items, household|
|essentials and other resources, improving the|
|charity’s capacity to reach families in need|
|efficiently and consistently|

**Social Media**|
|IMPACT-NOW continues to maintain a strong|
|presence on social media platforms including|
|Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, with over 1,500|
|likes across its Facebook pages. The charity|
|operates two Instagram pages: one dedicated to|
|the organisation’s general activities and the|
|other focused on the Youth@Risk of NEET|
|project.|
|The charity continues to receive positive|
|feedback and support from parents and families|
|within the community, reflecting the value and|
|impact of its services.|

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended **31/03/2025** .
- **Responsibilities and** As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation **basis of report** of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
