ANNUAL REPORT FOR 2025

  1. Income . One donation was received this year; and we continue to appreciate greatly a most generous standing order. (This standing order is paid monthly; which means that some months have no payment, some have one, some have two. This confusion of accounting means that this year shows thirteen payments, instead of twelve. We have now regularized the accounting to the last day of each month, rather than the first.)

  2. Expenditure . No request was received this year from St Peter’s Church.

  3. Investment . No further shares were bought. At the end of the year, we held 1,860.46 shares in the Church of England Central Board of Finance Investment Fund (Income Shares). At £22.20 a share, this gave a market value at the end of the year of around £41,300.

At the end of the year, we held 3,257.22 shares in the Church of England Central Board of Finance Global Equity Fund (Income Shares). At £3.00 a share, this gave a market value at the end of the year of around £9,770.

  1. An AGM was held on 27th February; with all trustees present. Not being required, no other meetings were held.

  2. Trustees. The existing trustees, Mrs Glenys Taylor, Mr David Nelson and Mr Toby Stephenson are all happy to continue; and were joined at the AGM by a prospective trustee from the community.
