## **Trust Activities in 2020/21** 

In 2019/20, the CIO sent a  medical team  to Hospitals in Nepal. They carried out life-changing operations. They taught Orthopaedics in  Operating Theatres & cl and they supplied  medical equipment 

## **The CIO's  Objects** 

The CIO's objects are to advance such charities and charitable purposes as the Trustees decide, particularly 

1. to relieve patients receiving treatment at any Hospital in Nepal or elsewhere their discharge who are ill sick convalescent disabled handicapped infirm or in financial assistance 

2. to set up a long term programme of medical assistance, funding trips, provid surgical equipment or training of individuals primarily in Nepal 

3. to relieve sickness and protect good health particularly but not exclusively in Derbyshire or Nepal 

4. to promote and develop for the benefit of the public research into & educatio causes & treatment of illness sickness disability handicap infirmity and disease lower and/or upper limb disability & disease PROVIDED THAT the results of any research are published
