The Trust was set up following the d¢ttth of Mr G A Hoines. The object of the ll￿St is to appty the income to
su¢h tharities, or for such charitable purposes, as the Irustees see fit.

'lThe trust makes grdnts lo individuals and orgonisations. Grants have been paid out ill the year amountitjg to
£19.000 (2024 £18.000).
The ¢rustce$ consider that they have complied with the duty in section 4 of the Charities Act 2012 to have due
regard to the public b¢nefii guidance publtshed by the Charity Commissjots.
Financlal Review
The rharity maintsins sufficient free reserves to cover on¢ year's management costs. Any surplus thnds will be
paid out by way of grants. Reserves as at the year end are £50,015 {2024- £13,364).
The charity has sufficient funds to m¢et its liabilitie
None of th¢ trustees receivpAI any remunerntion orwer¢ reimbursed expenses.
Structure, Governince #nd Management
The charity is gov¢rned by a Declaration of Trnst dated 8 January 2018. New tNslees are appointed by the
continuing and retiring trustees.
The trust was registered as a charity on 28 F¢iKuary 2018.

As the charity's trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of
the Charities Act 2011 ('the Act,).
I report in respect of my ¢xaminalion of the ¢harity'5 ￿COUnts Ca￿led out under s¢ctioD 145 of the A¢t and in carying
out my examination I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the ch￿ity Commission ￿der section
