COORDINATION OF TEAM – By CKO then TW pending appointment of new Coordinator 

CC PATROLS – Following Police Briefing, the patrol operates at Printworks, in the Northern Quarter and within Piccadilly Gardens in Manchester City Centre. 

TEAMS ON PATROL – at least one patrol at least 2 Fridays per month between the hours of 9.30 p.m. and 3.30 a.m. 

TEAM LEADERS encouraged more Street Pastors to step up into leadership and arranged conversations and training with TW 

TRAINING OF NEW STREET PASTORS ensuring everyone is properly trained on roles and responsibilities and all aspects of patrolling in the City Centre. 

PRAYER SUPPORT AND PASTORAL ADVICE – Whatsapp used to share prayer concerns within the team and TW offers individual pastoral support 

FUNDRAISING – Donations received as per the Accounts and NightTime Adviser in GMCA approached to consider opening a funding stream for co-ordination of SPs
