COORDINATION OF TEAM – By DB from 1.2.20 to 30.11.20 then CKO pending appointment of new Coordinator
CC PATROLS – Following Police Briefing, the patrol operates at Printworks, in the Northern Quarter and within Piccadilly Gardens in Manchester City Centre. Patrols curtailed during lockdowns and individual and collective risk assessments undertaken
TEAMS ON PATROL – at least one and often two patrols at least 2 Fridays per month between the hours of 9.30 p.m. and 3.30 a.m.
TEAM LEADERS encouraged more Street Pastors to step up into leadership and arranged conversations and training with TW
TRAINING OF NEW STREET PASTORS ensuring everyone is properly trained on roles and responsibilities and all aspects of patrolling in the City Centre. 7 SPs in training now completed all elements and available to serve on patrols
PRAYER SUPPORT AND PASTORAL ADVICE – Whatsapp used to share prayer concerns within the team and DB organised a weekly prayer meeting online and individual pastoral support
FUNDRAISING – Donations received as per the Accounts and NightTime Adviser in GMCA approached to consider opening a funding stream for co-ordination of SPs post-lockdowns
