for the Year Ended 31 March 2025
ACCOUNTING POLICIES
Basis of preparing the finantial statements
The financial statements of the charity, which 15 3 public benefit entity under FRS 102, have been prepared in

'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland, and the Charities Act 2011. The
financial Statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.
The financial statements have departed from the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 only to the

are recognized in the period in which the estimate is revised if the revision affects only that period, or in the period
of the revision and future periods if the revision affects both current and future periods.
Income
All income is recognised in the Statement of Financial Activities once the charity has entitlement to the funds, it is
probable that the income will be received and the amount can be measured reliablv.
Expenditure
Liabilities are recognised as expenditure as 500n as there 15 a legal or constructive obligation committing the
charity to th3t expenditure, it is probable th3t a transfer of econornic benefits will be required in settlement and
the amount of the obligation can be measured reliably. Expenditure 15 accounted for on an accrua15 basis and has
been cla55ified under heading5 that aggregate all cost related to the category. Where costs cannot be directly
attributed to particular headings they have been allocated to activities on a basis consistent with the use of

objectives.
Restricted funds are subject to specific conditions by donors as to how they May be used. The purposes and uses
