**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO RELIEVE THE SUFFERING OF HORSES IS NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION AND IN DEVON BY PROVIDING SUPPORT TO EQUINE CHARITIES, EQUINES AND THEIR OWNERS IN A CRISIS SITUATION AND BY PROVIDING AND MAINTAINING RESCUE HOMES OR OTHER FACILITIES FOR THE RECEPTION, CARE AND TREATMENT OF SUCH ANIMALS.

**Activities:** We offer help to relieve the suffering of horses in need of care and attention in Devon by providing support to equine charities, equines and their owners in a crisis situation, that can occur from financial difficulty, hospitalization or palliative care.  We are all volunteers who give our time for free and operate entirely from donations by the public and funds raised from charity events.
