In 2024, the Mohanji Foundation UK had the honour of hosting
Mohanji and his team for a transformative six-week visit featuring
retreats, various special programmes, and meaningful VIP meetings.|

At the MCB in Scotland, nearly 50 participants gathered daily for a unique three-week retreat and events, engaging in rejuvenating morning yoga, empowering satsangs with Mohanji, and deep cleansing practices like Group Mai-Tri and Group Future Mapping.
Participants from around the world - USA, Canada, Serbia, Macedonia, Croatia, Slovenia, Netherlands, Belgium, Australia, Denmark, Norway, Switzerland and Kenya - came together in joyful anticipation to experience Mohanji’s presence, transformational processes, and the unity and harmony of being together as one family at the Mohanji Centre of Benevolence (MCB).

Funds for the MCB purchase and refurbishment were
raised by donations from volunteers along with interest free
loans of various lengths from 18 months to 10 years.
All of the activities have been undertaken by dedicated
unpaid volunteers. The number of volunteers has
increased over the reporting period and the scope of
activities has also increased, in particular Mai-Tri
practitioners and meditation activities.
We have three permanent full-time volunteers based at the
Mohanji Centre of Benevolence in Scotland to look after
the property, perform the daily worship and to welcome
volunteers. We are looking to increase the number of full-|
|||time residents at the property in due course as we expand
our activities.

1.20|**Mohanji centre of Benevolence (MCB)**
Reflecting on 2024 at the Mohanji Centre of Benevolence
(MCB) in Scotland, our hearts are filled with gratitude and
joy. This year has been a beautiful journey of growth,
community engagement, and meaningful connections.
After a year of laying the groundwork in 2023 with the
acquisition and refurbishment of our beloved MCB and the
creation of the temple space, 2024 blossomed into a period
of stabilisation and flourishing activities. We embraced new
opportunities to enhance our facilities and deepen our
outreach efforts.
**Expanding additional spaces:**
We're excited to share that we've expanded our
accommodations! We acquired two shipping container
cabins, transforming them into cosy bedrooms and
communal areas for our guests. Additionally, we invested
in a bespoke toilet block, ensuring comfort and accessibility
for everyone who visits us
**Celebrating Together**
This year, we hosted a beautiful healing retreat that|
brought our community together in spring. Summer was a highlight as we celebrated the anniversary of our temple's opening with a special gathering featuring Mohanji and Devi, along with various meetups and our signature Empowered 5 programme. One of the most joyous occasions was the Festival of Consciousness, where laughter, music, and connection filled the air. Attendees enjoyed yoga, meditation, conscious dancing, and delicious vegan food. We also celebrated all the major festivals with love and enthusiasm, including Shivaratri, Guru Purnima, Ganesh Chaturti, and Diwali, creating unforgettable memories together. **Creating a home** In our main house, we focused on creating a welcoming environment. We refurbished the downstairs bathroom and spruced up various areas with fresh paint and decor. Plus, we transformed one of our barns into a useful outdoor kitchen with hot water, perfect for our retreat programmes. **Nurturing our community** Our commitment to community outreach remains strong. We continued our regular food donations to the food pod in Huntly, participated in local farmers' markets, and engaged in community meetings. In May, MCB Scotland proudly joined the Grampian Wellbeing Festival, supported by NHS Grampian, offering activities like Conscious Walking and Power of Purity Meditation to promote healing, focus, and community wellbeing. We also launched the free Learning and Growing Together gardening course, funded by the Scottish Government and delivered with One Seed Forward and Frock n Wellies. Over 8 weeks, participants learned sustainable gardening practices, fostering connections with nature and each other while benefiting their mental health. These initiatives reflect MCB’s commitment to a healthier, more connected community.

## **Responsibilities and basis of report**
I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended **D31 / MM03 /2025 YYYY** .
As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
## **Independent examiner's statement**
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention (other than that disclosed below *) in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
