Financial Overview

Thrive Alive has not passed the threshold to require independently audited accounts. This financial overview is to inform the trustees and the Charity Commission on the financial position during this financial year. Thrive Alive had an income of £3000 and an expenditure of £2995 during the financial year. All of the income received within this reporting period was in the form of donations.

Charity Aims and Objectives

Since the Covid pandemic the work of Thrive Alive has been scaled back. There are still a small number of people that donate regularly to the charity and therefore we keep the charity going for this reason. The money that is donated to Thrive Alive is used to directly benefit the community. Over this reporting people we have supported a young person access gaming therapy to support their mental health, supported young people to attend local holiday club provision as well as supported families in needs around critical times such as school holidays or Christmas.

The plan for Thrive Alive moving forward it to continue in this way. It provides a small but regular source of localised support that can be meaningful to the community.

Charity Leadership

Thrive Alive has a small number of trustees who continue to have oversight of how the donations we receive are distributed. As the charity’s activity level is so low at this time, we feel that the number of trustees is sufficient and have no plans to seek to appoint any new trustees at this time.
