When planning our acttvitss the Trustee5 have considered the
Commission's guidan￿ on public benefft.
Pakenham Christian FellO￿h1p seeks to be at heart of the
communty in this arKI neighbouring wllages and meets weekly on
Sundays at Pakenham Vill￿e Hall for public worship and praise and
during the heek for Bible Study and Prayer. All are welcome to attend our

Achievements and performance
Elders Summary
Pakenham Christian Fello￿￿hIp has continued to offer regular services of
Sunday worship and Mld-v￿ek meetings for prayer and Bibie study
throughout the period u￿ler review. Al of our meetings (some of which
are held in private homes) a￿ open to the public and wularly advertised
in social media. It has been our experien￿ during the period covered
that people from local communty have felt able to join in our activtbes
and have fett welcome. We￿e continued to support overseas partners in
India, Italy and Albania and sts'll have a strong, supporttve relationship
ith a boys, residential P￿me in Maliq. Southeast Albania. Our
relationship with the wider communty in this and neighbouring villages
has been ftjrther ￿mented through our ongoing provision of a monthly
village café (see separate rep¢)rt) and children's Bible dub. We also
actively support the 'Pantry in the Porth,, a food bank facility run by the
Parish ¢hur¢h.

PYPS Summary
Our work amorty young people has shrfted focus. The 'young teens,
group having gradually dropped off, the emphasis shifted to the 5 to 11
age group and a small group of children, along with their parents or
carers have met regularty. We've been encouraged in building
relationships with local families. in sprte of the number attending
remaining relatively low. What began as a Children's Glub has dèveloped
into something of a support network for parents and children.
Cafe Summary
ThroughoLrt 2024 the Pakenham Charity Cafe has continued to open
from 9.30 to 12 on the third Saturday of the month from 9.30-12 and has
consistently been well attended.
As in previous years bacon rolls and a variety of cakes have been served
with tea arKI coffee. Al food, and the fee to use the village hall, have
been funded by Pakenham Christian Fellowship or given freely by
volunteers. The whole amount of donations given each month have been
allocated to a variety of tharities, tK)th local, suth as the Pantry in the
Porch, or more widely such as Ma¢Millan or to a special need in Ukraine.
£150-£200 is usually contribut&J. The aim is to altemate a more local
need with a national or intemational need.
Although the Christian FellO￿%hIp leads the organising of the cafe there
is much appreciated support from local Pakenham volunteers.
It is proposed to continue holding the cafe monthly during 2025.

Briaf statement of the
charity's policy on reserves
No fomial reserrfes policy is in effect. However the Trustees aim to hold
as a minimum sufficient funds in the current account to ¢iNer existing and
next months commttted expenditure. All regular expenditure can be
stopped wtthin 1 month. If income is insufficient to cover expenditure then
reserves are in pla￿ to allow regular expendtture to be stopped before
going overdrawn.
