**Objects:** 1)TO HELP YOUNG PEOPLE IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY PUPILS OF ROTHERHAM MUSIC SCHOOL, ESPECIALLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES, TO ENGAGE WITH MUSIC AND THE WIDER ARTS SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR CAPABILITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS POSITIVE INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY. 2)SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC IN ROTHERHAM AND WIDER AREAS AS THE COMMITTEE SHALL, IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION, DETERMINE.

**Activities:** We raise funds to support musical learning in Rotherham. This is largely, but not exclusively, young people. We are currently purchasing 45 music stand lights for the use of all musical groups.
