It is confirmed that the trustees have had regard to the Charity Commission’s public benefit guidance when exercising any powers or duties to which the guidance is relevant. The accounts show an increased level of income and expenditure in the 2022/23 year with the return of the Chesterfield Festival of Cricket, following the release of COVID restrictions. This in turn has meant that we were able to attract some new members and membership subscriptions have stayed relatively stable compared to the previous year.
