We work in partnership with Churches and
officials to develop strategies that identify
areas of need, and initiatives that will
contribute to meeting these needs. This is
done through lead agents, Chiefs, Elders
and community leaders, who will hold
consultations with citizens to secure their
cooperation and commitment|

volunteers who have a heart for their
communities.

responsible for promoting, collecting and
securing donations of clothes and toys.|

whole.|Para 1.20|During the year volunteers worked with
Yahweh City Church at Brofoyedru, in the
Atwima Kwanwoma District of Ashanti
Region of Ghana, West Africa. They
organised a Christmas party for 512
vulnerable children in the community.
A financial contribution from the Asantoa
Foundation enabled the purchase of food
and drinks for the Christmas meal. It also
helped with the purchase of resources for
distribution to the widows in the community.
This impacted around 170 families in one
community. This is the third such event and
the elders, chief’s community leaders and
communities on a whole were very grateful
for the help that they received.
This activity was reported by three
newspapers which served to highlight the
ongoing needs of these communities who|
have little or no revenue.
