## **Volunteers**

The charity relies on voluntary help for the organisation and running of its conferences. Over the past 12 months, over 35 volunteers have taken part in these sessions.

## **Achievement and Performance Charitable activities**

Worshipping Friends’ hope and vision is to see people from all nations loving God on earth as it is in heaven, night and day, 24/7, practising the Greatest Commandment together with many coming to know the love of Jesus through the revelation of His love and glory.

2023 - 2024 was Worshipping Friends’ sixth year as a registered charity and was an exciting year as we regained some momentum, gathering regularly and in doing so making new friendship with worshippers across the county and deepening existing ones. We started the year with a few living room worship gatherings and then in May on the King’s coronation day we gathered for 3 hours in a Prayer Room in Redruth, bringing together worshippers from around the county and beyond. We then felt a draw to the local village halls so organised gatherings in 14 different village halls around Cornwall throughout June to October. Off the back of these 2 hour gatherings a hunger grew once more for the longer worship times so on 30th October we did what we have done for a few years and worshipped for 12 hours through the night into the dawn of 31st. It was a great encouragement to gather for a longer time but also significant to join together with a local prayer and worship movement in Launceston run by good friends. Standing the ground and covering the time together. This came with a beautiful and mighty sense of unity. Throughout this year we’ve worshipped in village halls, prayer tents, living rooms, a local events business and alongside local Prayer House’s as they pursue God and play a part in seeing Jesus worshipped night and day.
