benefit of persons resident in the counties of Nottinghamshire,
Derbyshire, Lincolnshire and South Yorkshire. Provided always that the

Teens Unite Fighting Cancer
Funding towards supporting teenagers and young adults to Overcome the
challenges cancer brings and supporting them in making a retum to
physical activities by the Contribution towards a physical challenge 'rock
climbing experi8nce'.
Epic Partners
Providing funding towdrds a 39-week block of mini game comrnunity
sessions. To support children, young people, and their families achieve
their aspirations, and help them thrive and realise their fvll potèntial
despite the negative perception of the area they live in.
Send a Child to Hucklow
Funding towards working with a range of sch¢)ols in th8 Heartland area
and providing a week-long holiday for underprivileged children.

communty, to provide new facilities including opening the floor of the

planetarium dorne, café, and meeting room.

I report to the tTUStees on my examination of the accounts of The Mansfield Building Society
Charitable Ttust (the Trust) for the year ended 31 December 2023.
Responsibilities and basis of report
As the charity trustees of the Trust you are responsible for the preparati¢)n of the accounts in
accordance with the requirernents of the Charities Act 2011 I'the Act'i.
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out under section 145 of
the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination I have followed all the applicable Directions
given by the Charity Commission under sectson 14515){b) of the Acl.

I have completed my examination. I confim) that no material matters have come to my
attention in connection with the examination giving me cause to believe that in any material
respect..
accounting records were not kept in respect of the Twst as required by section 130 of
th8 Act., or
2. the accounts do not accord with those records., or
3. the a¢¢ounts do not comply with the applicable requirements concemin9 the fonn and
content of accounts set out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008
