THIS GENERATED A SURPLUS OF £4,373 WHICH WAS ADDED TO PRIOR YEAR SURPLUSES. TOTAL SURPLUS FUNDS HELD WERE £13,166. THESE WERE UNRESTRICTED DONATIONS AND THE TRUSTEES DO NOT HAVE A POLICY OF RETAINING RESERVES, BUT ALL SURPLUSES WILL BE USED FOR FUTURE CHARITABLE PROJECTS AND ADMINISTRATION COSTS.
