THESE WERE UNRESTRICTED DONATIONS AND THE TRUSTEES DO NOT HAVE A POLICY OF RETAINING RESERVES, BUT ALL THE SURPLUS FOR THE PERIOD WILL BE USED FOR FUTURE CHARITABLE PROJECTS AND ADMINISTRATION COSTS. THE TRUSTEES HAD THE LIABILITIES OF THE PROFESSIONAL COSTS FOR THE YEAR WHICH WILL BE PAYABLE IN THE NEXT YEAR.
