**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE CHRISTIAN RELIGION BY THE RESTORATION, PRESERVATION, REPAIR, MAINTENANCE, IMPROVEMENT AND BEAUTIFICATION OF THE ALL SAINTS' PARISH CHURCH IN LEAMINGTON SPA, (HEREINAFTER CALLED 'THE CHURCH') AND OF THE MONUMENTS, FITTINGS, FIXTURES, STAINED GLASS, FURNITURE, ORNAMENTS AND CHATTELS IN THE CHURCH AND CHURCHYARD BELONGING TO THE CHURCH.

**Activities:** We organise fund-raising events inside All Saints church:  talks, films, concerts and fairs to raise money for the fabric of the church, the contents of the church and its graveyard
