## Activities

**Objects:** To promote and protect the physical and mental health of people with dementia, other neurodegenerative conditions, and other health conditions where music would have a significant impact, and of those who care for them, through the provision of music therapy, meaningful music, education, support and practical advice

**Activities:** Our main service uses music to benefit people with dementia and their carers. People can access  Music Therapy @ Home, Together in Song singing groups in care homes (led by trained volunteers), Music Therapy in care homes and Sing 2 Remember groups in the community and Mindset. We also provide programmes for people with chronic lung disease and other health conditions through Social Prescribing.
