The trustees confirm that they have considered the Charity Commission’s guidance on public benefit. 

## 3. Actvites and Achievements 

During the financial year ended 31 March 2024, the charity did not undertake any operational or charitable activities. 

No fundraising, grant-making, or programme delivery occurred during the reporting period.
