Summary of the main
achievements of the charity
during the year
This financial year has been really transformational, as it has opened us
into a lot of our expected ends.
When we as Trustees we agreed to inject health and wellbeing into our
activities, little did we know that it will generate interests that have now
potential opened other areas of work that we never thought abouL
We have now as Church become a go-to for Church and health
partnership projects. We have pioneered various initiatives to bridge the
gaps between the adjudged 'Hard to reach, by statutory organisations.
We have entered into various partnerships that has influenced our
community positively. Our Senior Pastor. now Cfrchair Interfaith forum,
as well as being the Chair ofthe Safer Neighbourhood board of our
borough. He is also the Co-vice chair of London Fatth and beliefs
steering group, and committee member for Faith for London, in addition
to being a representative for housing tenants nationwide.
As the only Church in London Borough ofTower Hamlets with place of
Worship above a Mosque, we have proven that it is possible to live
cohesively with our neighbours when we can tolerate each other. To this
effect. we will be hosting a wide range events that will align with the
Mayor of London programrne.'Loved in London, in the next two years, as
well as addressing Domestic Abuse, Mental health and Violence against
women and girls reduction. Although this involvement in housing, health,
and eMplO￿￿ent issues has increased the workload of our Senior Pastor,
but we are determined to look for ways to even have a greater impact on
our immediate and the larger community-
It has become necessary, to employ paid stsff to assist in our intended
goals of affecting our community passively.

Respertive responsibilitses of trustees and examiner
The Charity's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The Charity's
trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year under section 144 of the Clwities
Act 2011 and that an inde￿ndent examinthon is neede(L
It is my responsibility to:
(l) Examine the accounts undcr section 145 of the 2011 ACL
(2) To follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions given by the Cbarity
Commission under the section 145(5) (b) of the 2011 Act. and

Basis of independent examiner's report
My cxaminthon was carried out in accordance with the general Directions given by the
Charity Con)mIssio￿ An exaMi￿tion includes a review of the accounting records kept by the
ChaTity and a comparison of the accoullts presented with those records. It also includes
consideration of any unusual items OT disclosures in the accounts and seeking explanations
from you as trustees conccrning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide
all the evidence that would be required in an audiL and consequently I do not express an audit
opinion on the view given by the accounts.
Independent examiner's statement
In connection with my examinatioffj no matter has come to my attention:
(a) Wbich gives me reasonable cause to believe that in any material respect the requirements:
I. To keep accounting records in accordance with section 386 of the companies
AcQ006; and
II. To prepare accounts which accord with the accounting records and comply with
accounting requirements of section 396 of the Companies Act 2006 and with the
principles of the Statement of Recon]mcnded Practice: accounting and Reporting
by Charities have not been met" or
