TO PROMOTE THE PRESERVATION OF MENTAL HEALTH AND TO ASSIST IN RELIEVING AND REHABILITATING PERSONS SUFFERING FROM MENTAL DISORDER OR CONDITIONS OF EMOTIONAL OR MENTAL DISTRESS REQUIRING ADVICE OR TREATMENT; AND4.2. TO PROMOTE THE STUDY OF AND RESEARCH INTO MENTAL HEALTH DISORDER AND EMOTIONAL OR MENTAL DISTRESS AND TO OBTAIN AND MAKE RECORDS OF AND DISSEMINATE TO THE PUBLIC THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH AND TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN MATTERS RELATING TO MENTAL HEALTH.

**Activities:** We support the people of Cornwall who are struggling with mental health difficulties. We offer a range of well-being activities to encourage those people with mental health difficulties to become more involved in their local communities. The activities range from yoga, physical activity, community cafes, advice and guidance.
