October 19 Monthly attendances- Youth Club -23    Dance -17    Zumba for kids -10 An email was sent to Bridgend Lions for some funding. November19 Monthly attendances- Youth club – 14    Dance -17 Half term week – Samba Drumming workshop- funded by Bridgend Town Arts group-8 Street golf session – 14 trip to Green Meadow Farm Cwmbran  for Halloween – 30 Put in report for Trains Safety Project through YMCA Bridgend – waiting for our £400 grant. We received 2[nd] part of Sun Credit grant. Received a cheque from Bridgend Lions -£500 Applied for children in need grant. December 19 Monthly Attendances -Youth club  17    Dance – 15  Zumba for kids –8 Christmas Party- 21 Applied for 25yrs celebrate lottery grant for play day 2020 The children had a say in what the money should go towards for play day. Applied to Bridgend Town Council for grant January 20 Monthly attendances – Youth Club -10    Dance -15  Zumba for kids -8 We was successful for the 25yrs lottery grant for play day 2020 Completed evaluation form,  for Sun Credit report. February 20 Monthly attendances -  Youth Club – 59    Dance -20    Zumba for kids -8 Half term Hols  – Circus skills workshop with Organised Kaos  -25 Had ideas from young people,  for main lottery grant. Bridgend town grant was not successful. March 20 Monthly attendances – Youth Club – 10       Dance  -10    Zumba Kids – 8 Applied for, lottery grant. Sent in sun credit,  application. Had meeting with Angela Davies from Bavo, with grants officer from children in need. We can reapply with the support of Angela Davies from Bavo for the grant in the future. We gave out 25 packets of arts/crafts resources and paper for our families to help their children during lockdown. Received email to say we were successful with the sun credit grant 20/21 



We had to close at the end of March for Covid 19 National Lockdown. April, May, June, July, August closed until Government guidelines announces that we can re-open. Received email in July to say we were successful with the Lottery Grant. The 25yr grant we received for play day 20 will now be used instead for play day 21. August – we received the 1[st] part of the sun credit grant . September – we did 2 outdoor play session and had to close due to unforeseen circumstances with volunteers families. This year has been a difficult year, let’s hope next year is better and we can re-open.
