Sponsor a Sibling is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation governed by its constitution adopted on the 31" January 2018 and is managed by three Charity trustees named below. Mrs Laura Rolph-wills Mr Graham Rolph-wills Miss Michelle Pierce Chair person Secretary Treasurer The above person5 were trustees of the charity, as defined by the constitution and were in office at 31 August and Served throughout the whole year. When the time arises, Sponsor a Sibling will appoint new trustees With regard to their experience and background to benefit the charity. Overview Sponsor a Siblir)g founded in 2016, originally registered as charity number 1176130. IAII a55ets and funds transferred to Sponsor a Sibling incorporated 1176912 on ISI February 20181 has had successful year despite a global pandemic and is continuing to thrlve. Objectlve The objectives of the charity are as defined in the constitution to offer the relief of siblings of children with life limited or life threatening conditions and also bereaved siblings throughout Englan(I, Ireland, Scotland and Wales by providing in particular but not exclusively a gift which will boost morale and offer support and encouragement and keepsakes and holidays. Financial Revlew Due to persona5 circumstances we are now winding down Sponsor a sibling in preparation to close the charity. All fundraising has ceased. Any assets the charity held have been passed to Ty the beach hut guy on a charity to charity basis and we wish him well for the future. All items remaining will be passed to suitable groups such as EACH and other organisations. We would like to thank everyone for their patience, understanding and support over the past year.
