THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE CHRISTIAN RELIGION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, BY PROVIDING CHRISTIAN LISTENING PRACTICES TO IMPROVE PEOPLE'S CONNECTIVITY WITH THEMSELVES, ONE ANOTHER AND, IF INTERESTED, ENGAGE WITH PEACEFUL SPIRITUAL PRACTICES.

**Activities:** The charity offers taster sessions of  compassionate listening services and engaging wellbeing and mindfulness sessions, stress relief sessions and music therapy online, in everyday spaces and Universities. The inclusive, social spaces help overcome isolation and improve emotional wellbeing beyond the sessions, helping people to experience a sense of belonging and hope.
