**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PUPILS ATTENDING EMMBROOK SCHOOL, MAIDEN ERLEGH SCHOOL AND CHARTERS SCHOOL (SCHOOLS) ALL IN BERKSHIRE, IN PARTICULAR, BY THE ESTABLISHMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF A RESIDENTIAL FIELD STUDY CENTRE (CENTRE) FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE STUDENTS OF THE SCHOOLS AND SUCH OTHER STUDENTS AS MAY BE AUTHORISED TO USE THE CENTRE.

**Activities:** The Trust?s objectives are to propagate, in a residential situation, a learning and educational environment, primarily for the students of the founder schools. The Trust operates and staffs a Centre in Powys, suitably equipped to advance the education of the students of these schools, and other authorised students, by providing field activities and residential accommodation for their stay.
