2. Structure, govemance and management
Disabled Christians Fellowship Sidcup is a Charitable Incorporated Organis8tion
(registered 25January 2018). The ch8rity is m8n8ged by a Board of Trustees. with roles
of Ch8irperson, Safety Officer and Treasurer designated.
Trustee meetings are held at le8Stthree times ayear, and an Annual General Meeting Is
held with the membership in January each year.
The Board of Trustees is authorised to appoint new trustees to fillvacancies through the
resigyation or death of an existing trustee.
3. Financial review
The annual accounts were presented to the trustees on 9.1.26.
We have made donations to four organisations that reflect DCF'S commitment to
supportthose in need dueto disability. One of these donations was made in memory of
Elle Cole who had been central. as a leader and trustee, to DCF since its inception until
stepping down in 2021 dueto ill health.
We continue to support a child through Compassion and, in line with our cornmitment
to fund holidays for members and carers as the need arises. we have fullyfunded three
holidays this year. At the period end there were unrestricted funds of £86,394.66
carried forward.

4. Public benefit statement
The trustees have complied with theirdutyto have due regard to the guidance on public
benefit published bythe commission in exercisingtheir powers or duties.
5. ObjeGtives and actlvltles
The objective of DCF Sidcup is to relieve the needs of people with disabilities and other
special needs. theirfamilies and their carers. This is particuL8rly by, but not exclusively,
the provision of:
Social activities, friendship and companionship
Financialsupport
Respite care and holidays
6. Achlevements and porformanGe
We heve had a full programme of monthly rneetings thisyear. This has been made
possible by ourvitsl team of helpers. The usual format ofthe meetingis entertainment
followed by tea and cakes. Highlights include the DCF anniversary setvice and lunch in
October, the Christmas party in December. and a fish and chip lunch in July.
As noted in the financial review. financial support has been given in line with our
commitmentto supportthose in need due to disability and ourcompassion
sponsorship has continued.
Atthe end ofthe reporting period. preparations were underw48yto markthe 40th
anniversary of DCF Sidcup in October 2025.
