Annual Report for Nostalgia Trust Period: 1st April 2023 – 31st March 2024
Introduction:
The period from 1st April 2023 to 31st March 2024 has been a transitional year for Nostalgia Trust. While no project activity was undertaken, the trustees have been actively working to address essential administrative matters to ensure the charity's sustainability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Operational Update:
1. Administrative Office Space:

Due to financial constraints, the charity could no longer afford its administrative office space as of 1st April 2023.

The trustees have been actively exploring alternative arrangements for housing the charity to minimize costs while maintaining operational efficiency.
2. Governance and Administration:
- Significant time and effort have been devoted to addressing administrative matters and ensuring that the charity remains compliant with all legal and regulatory obligations.
3. Trustee Support:
- The trustees remain committed to reviving the charity’s activities once its administrative and financial situation is stabilized.

The trustees are committed to ensuring Nostalgia Trust can resume its mission to record and present local heritage and support communities through nostalgia-
based activities. Once suitable arrangements for housing the charity are finalized, the trustees plan to reassess and restart project activities.
