Annual Report for Nostalgia Trust Registered Charity No.1176814 Period: 1st April 2022 - 31st March 2023
Introduction:
The period from 1st April 2022 to 31st March 2023 has been a challenging time for Nostalgia Trust. We deeply mourn the untimely loss of our esteemed Chief Officer, Henry Hochland, who passed away on 18th October 2022. Henry's unwavering dedication and vision were integral to the founding and development of our organization. Our thoughts and condolences remain with his family and friends during this difficult time.
Operational Changes:
Following this unfortunate loss, Nostalgia Trust faced delays in various administrative processes, including the change of signatures on the bank account and the updating of contact details on the Charity Commission website. Despite these challenges, the remaining trustees have diligently continued their efforts to ensure the stability and progress of Nostalgia Trust.
Work and Projects:
Due to the unforeseen circumstances, all ongoing projects and activities were put on hold during the period from 1st April 2022 to 31st March 2023. We are committed to resuming our work and projects in the upcoming period, in line with the mission and values established by our late Chief Officer.

Future Outlook:
Moving forward, Nostalgia Trust is dedicated to continuing the legacy of our late Chief Officer, Henry Hochland, and fulfilling our mission to record local heritage, promote nostalgia, and collaborate with dementia charities to stimulate memories within our communities. We appreciate the support and understanding of all our stakeholders, supporters, and the public during this challenging time.
