**Objects:** TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF PEOPLE WHO ARE AT RISK OF, OR WHO HAVE BEEN SUBJECT TO, MODERN DAY SLAVERY OR HUMAN TRAFFICKING BY PROVIDING ACCESS TO SAFE HOUSING WITHIN THE COMMUNITY AND BY ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF ALL THE NECESSARY SUPPORT DESIGNED TO ENABLE INDIVIDUALS TO REBUILD THEIR LIVES AND BECOME INDEPENDENT INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.

**Activities:** We train, equip and support hosts and work in partnership with local communities across the UK to provide safe and stable accommodation for survivors of modern slavery vulnerable to homelessness.  We work in partnership with professional partner agencies who support the survivor and Hope at Home support the hosts.
