good state of repair.
We had a surplus for the year of £2,661 which has add8d to the funds we
hold to keep the centre wnning and provide aclivities for our
ben8ficiaries.

The charity aims to hold sufficient re$8rves to cover one year's running
costs of the Millwood Cenlre, plus a £5,000 for conlingencies. At 5th April
2025 the Charity held sufficient funds to meet this aim.

As the charitrfs trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. You consider that an
audit is not required for this year under section 144 of the Charities Act 2011 and that an independent
examlnation is needed,
It is my responslbllity to: examine the accounts under section 145 of the Charities Att, to follow the
procedures specified in the General Directions of the Charity Commissioners (under sectlon 145 {5llbl of
the Act) and to state whether particular matters have come to my attention.
