**Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year** 

In light of the national lockdown brought on by the COVID-19 Pandemic, Bhakti Marga hosted largely online activities during the period from 01.04.2020 to 31.03.21. 

## They were as follows: 

## Knowledge Classes: 

- Weekly classes on the Srimad Bhagavad Gita and Srimad Bhagavatam, two of the core scriptures in Hinduism; 

- Study circles and Question and Answer sessions on the Hindu scriptures; 

## Devotional Arts 

   - Kirtan concerts via Facebook 

- Rituals 

   - Regular Sanskrit chanting courses 

   - Daily Sanskrit chanting 

   - Puja and abhishek courses 

## Yoga & Meditation 

- Mantra Meditation Sessions 

- Weekly Atma Kriya Yoga Practice sessions 

## Other 

- Various get togethers, with devotees and followers coming together to share experiences 

- Online Blessings and satsangs with our spiritual master – Paramahamsa Vishwananda

It is the policy of the charity to maintain unrestricted funds which are free **Brief statement of the** reserves of the charity at a level which is required to meet its objectives **charity’s policy on reserves** of approximately six months unrestricted expenditure. I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31/03/2021. 

- **Responsibilities and** As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation **basis of report** of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). 

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.

I have completed my examination.  I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
