In support of these objects but not otherwise the CIO may establish a cadet training centre/s and provide buildings and facilities for support of the activities of cadet forces or other organisations or groups in order to support these objects. The WCFF is continuing to apply to grant giving bodies for support of the foundation's work.The Covid pandemic has hampered the fundraising work of the WCFF. The Churches, Charities and Local Authorities (CCLA) investment management Ltd has agreed to allow the WCFF to invest with them. It is necessary to hold sufficient funds to allow the branch to undertake its fundraising obligations for the year.
