The WCFF is continuing to apply to grant giving bodies for support of the foundation's work.The Covid pandemic has hampered the fundraising work of the WCFF. The Churches, Charities and Local Authorities (CCLA) investment management Ltd has agreed to allow the WCFF to invest with them. ## **Section E Financial review** March **2012** **TAR** 4 ## **Brief statement of the charity’s policy on reserves** The WCFF is building the funds to purchase a permanent site for the cadet forces in Welling. It is necessary to hold sufficient funds to allow the branch to undertake its fundraising obligations for the year.
