Section C Objectives and activities
Summary of the objects of the charity set out in its governing document
(1) To develop the physical, mental, spiritual, moral and cultural capacity of young persons, and an understanding of personal values, through education in the context of adventurous and military style training, so that they may grow to full maturity as individuals and members of society and to cultivate confidence, teamwork, judgement and powers of communication so that their conditions of life may be improved;

(2) To promote the efficiency of the united cadet forces, particularly but not exclusively in Welling, through fostering cadet activity and advancing the youth leadership abilities of cadet force adult volunteers.
In support of these objects but not otherwise the CIO may establish a cadet training centre/s and provide buildings and facilities for support of the activities of cadet forces or other organisations or groups in order to support these objects.
The WCFF has continued to promote the need for a permanent site for the cadet forces in Welling

Brief statement of the The WCFF is building the funds to purchase a permanent site for the charity’s policy on reserves cadet forces in Welling.
It is necessary to hold sufficient funds to allow the branch to undertake its fundraising obligations for the year.
This is deemed sufficient working capital for the forthcoming year and to allow the WCFF to be closed in an orderly fashion should the need arise.
