Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year TAR March 2012 Section E Financial review The charfty is run on an entirely voluntary basls and has no significant flxed costs or other ftnancial commltments. Historicallyi its biggest costs have related to two areas: (l) Supporting Its web site, notably for retainlng Its domain name, as well as occasional upgrade work. In the five financial years to 2025 Such spending has typically been ca. £300 per annum, rising to just over £l.000 in 2023 when the web site was refreshed. {2) In recent years the charity has had to pay upfront fundralslng fees, e.g. for Action Challenge, rdnging from ca. £550 in 2024 to ca. £250 in 2025. On this basls, the charity's financial commitments in any one year are unlikely to ex￿ed £2,000. Reflethng thls level of historic spending, and with the aim of malntaining some flnancial flexlbillty without tying up funds unnecessarilyi the Trustees have detennined that £5,000 would be an appropriate level of reserves.
