**Objects:** FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC TO RELIEVE THE SUFFERING OF DOGS IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION AND, IN PARTICULAR, TO PROVIDE REHOMING OR OTHER FACILITIES FOR THE RECEPTION, CARE AND TREATMENT OF SUCH DOGS IN YORKSHIRE AND THE SURROUNDING AREA.

**Activities:** HYPS rescues dogs from a variety of situations - whenever they need us the most - but primarily from local "stray pounds". We give them the care and veterinary attention many need before rehoming. We rehome responsibly and match dogs and new owners carefully. We also source other suitable rescue spaces for dogs in Yorkshire pounds, and fund their transport costs in order to save their lives.
