The charity owns and operates a Village Hall and all residents over 18 of Bangor Isycoed are members . The management of the Hall is delegated to a management committee on which no more than 4 may trustees serve. The Hall is equipped to enable members and others to hold meetings, lectures, classes and other forms of recreation and leisure time activities and is available 7 days a week.
Objects: The Charity's Object ("the Object") Is The Provision And Maintenance Of A Village Hall And Other Facilities For The Use Of The Inhabitants Of Bangor Isycoed Without Distinction Of Political, Religious, Or Other Opinions, Including The Use For; (a)meetings, Lectures And Classes And (b) Other Forms Of Recreation And Leisure-Time Occupation, With The Aim Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Inhabitants.
