charity was registered with the Charib'es Commission on the 1 Oth January 2018. The trustees have adopted the

The Church is organised so that the Trustees meet regulady to manage its affair5. The Pastor manages the d8y-tO-

FULL LIFE CHRISTIAN CENTRE is a parish of the Redeemed Christian Church of God IRCCG) which has parishes
all over the wodd. The parish's relatlonship with other parishes Is govemed by an"Agreement for Common
Purposes"

The trustees have a duty to identify and review the risks to which the charity is exposed and to ensure appropriate
controls are in place to provide reasonable assurance against fraud and error.
The Trustees have assessed the major risks to which the charity is exposed. in partj'cular those related to operations and

numerically. This has been achieved by increasing the awareness of people in the local community as place of

STATEMENT OF TRUSTEES RESPONSIBILMES
The Trustees are responsible for preparing thg Trustees. report and the financial statements in accordan￿ wth
applicable law and United Kingdom Accounting Stsndards {Unrfed Kingdom Generally Accepted Accounting Practice).
We would also like to establish a well*quipped children's church within the parish so that the children can be in a
comfortable environment. Train the volunteets and ministers through various ¢our8es and seminars in order to well-
equipped workforce.
The law applicable to charities in England & Wales requires the Trustees lo prepare financial statements for each
financial year which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of thè charity and of the incoming resources and
application of re￿urCeS of the chanty for that period. In pr9paring these financial statsments. the Trustees are

I report on the accounts for the period ended 31 August 2025 set out on pages five lo ten.
Raspoctive responsibilities of trustees andexaminer
The charity's tru8tees are responsible for the proparation of the accounts. The eharty'8 trustees consider that an audit
is not required for this year (under Section 144121 of the Charities Act 2011 (the 2011 Act} and that an independent
examination is required.
