**Objects:** THE AIMS OF THE FRIENDS ('THE AIMS') ARE:- TO PROMOTE THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION IN AGRICULTURE, HORTICULTURE, VITICULTURE, MEDIEVAL CRAFTS AND HISTORY, IN THE CONTEXT OF WARDEN ABBEY COMMUNITY VINEYARD (FORMING PART OF THE SCHEDULED MONUMENT OF WARDEN ABBEY), FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY.- TO PROMOTE THE CONSERVATION, PROTECTION AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE NATURAL ENVIRONMENT AT WARDEN ABBEY COMMUNITY VINEYARD, SO AS TO MAINTAIN A FACILITY FOR PHYSICAL AND LEISURE-TIME ACTIVITIES, AIMED AT IMPROVING THE HEALTH AND WELL-BEING OF THE LOCAL COMMUNITY.

**Activities:** To promote the advancement of education  in the context of Warden Abbey Community Vineyard, for the benefit of the community. To promote the conservation, protection and improvement of the natural environment at Warden Abbey Community Vineyard, so as to maintain a facility for physical and leisure-time activities, aimed at improving the the health and well-being of the local community.
