## ESTIMATED MINIBUS ASSET VALUE SEP 2024 (12K Trade/£17K Retail + Adaptations £2/3K) 

Notes:- 

1. £2K transferred 02/7/24 from Tres Acc to BB Inst Acc (Savings) after earlier donations. 

2. *Insurance est. £1500, Safety Checks, MoT due late Autumn 24. 

3. Pro-active fundraising needs to continue in order to afford a future replacement bus. 

4. The Friday Friends, MYPP, Tallarn Green VH, Malpas Music Club & Malpas Fabric Arts Groups aren't frequent users . 

5. BB Instant Access Acc will name change to Commercial Instant Access Acc on 17/12/24, it's our “Savings/Reserve” account - maintained in order to replace the Minibus in the future & cover any monthly deficit (i.e. expenditure greater than income). 

6. MCMA has 7xTrustees, 6xFull Drivers & 3xPart Drivers, 4x”Trip” PA's & 3xOpal/MCK PA's - all of whom are unpaid Volunteers.
